Kimberly began her career in 1992 treating those who suffer from addiction .Throughout her career she has created partial hospital programs and has an extensive experience working in all realms of the mental health field . Beginning in inpatient treatment and then moving to outpatient .

Kimberly is passionate about helping those who suffer with mental health and dual disorders. Her approach is empathetic and compassion first, with the goal of helping her clients overcome the obstacles in their lives that are inhibiting them from achieving fulfillment in life. No two clients are alike; therefore she treats each person's needs as she partners with them to heal the body, mind and spirit. Her method is eclectic whether she is seeing you individually or in group . Kimberly believes everyone is capable of healing;  “As a therapist, it is my job to help guide each person on their own, personal journey toward healing and growth.

Proficient in treating mental health disorders: both substance and behavioral, as well as co-occurring disorders, eating disorders and trauma/PTSD. Kimberly is Certified in addictions, National Certifications in Counseling, addiction and Specialties in PTSD , which when untreated , can lead to substance use, eating disorders and other self-destructive behaviors.

Passionate about recovery, Kimberly is genuine and authentic in all her approaches. Kimberly is a strong advocate of all therapies. " therapy represents a safe container for change, it creates a place for relational awareness, and provides an opportunity to care and to be cared for by other people without shame.
